How it works
The process in brief
-
Start online
Choose the business's revenue band and see the fixed fee. Then tell us about the business and pay by card.
-
Complete the information request
Your client portal opens straight to it. Answer short sections of questions and upload three years of financials. Your progress is saved.
-
We prepare the valuation report
We select the method and set out the reasoning. If anything needs clarifying, the questions appear in your portal.
-
Review and receive
Review the draft in your portal and approve it. The final valuation report is then issued to you.
What arrives at the end
A written valuation report, prepared in accordance with APES 225 Valuation Services and issued by Simply Business Valuations. It states the method used and why, the figures and the reasoning behind them, and the assumptions and limitations in full.
A written valuation report you can rely on for your tax matters and your own decisions, and give to the Australian Taxation Office or your adviser without further explanation.
