Starting a valuation takes a few minutes. Here is what happens after that, in the order it happens.
You pay, and your account is set up
You choose the business's revenue band, see the fixed fee and pay by card. Your tax invoice arrives by email, you set a password, and your client portal opens to the information request.
You complete the information request
The information request is a set of questions about the business, a checklist of documents to upload, and yes-or-no questions that only ask for more detail when it applies. It is set out in short sections and your progress is saved, so you can leave and come back.
We ask about anything unclear
If something needs clarifying, the questions appear in your portal and we let you know by email. You answer them in the portal.
You review the draft
The draft valuation report appears in your portal. When you approve it, the final valuation report is issued to you in your portal and by email.
You can talk it through
Each valuation includes a 20-minute call to go through what the valuation report says.
